Account and sign-in
How do I change my email?
Go to Settings > Account, type your new address under “New email” and press “Change email.” We send a confirmation link to the new address, and your old email keeps working until you click it.
How do I sign in without a password?
Grantlas doesn’t use passwords. Enter your email, and we send you a 6-digit code to type in.
How do I add another organization or client?
Open the organization switcher at the top of the page and choose “Add client” (or “Add organization”). Solo includes 1 and Pro includes up to 10.
How do I invite teammates?
Go to Settings > Team to invite people. Teammates are a Pro feature.
Billing
When will I be charged for my trial?
Only after your 7-day trial ends, and only if you haven’t cancelled. We email you when the trial starts and again 3 days before it ends.
How do I cancel my plan or trial?
Go to Settings > Billing and press “Cancel trial” or “Cancel plan.” You don’t need to contact us. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for.
Where do I get invoices or change my card?
Go to Settings > Billing. Press “Download invoices” for receipts, or “Manage in Stripe” to update your card.
Can I switch to yearly billing?
Yes, and yearly saves about 16%. If you see “Switch to yearly” in Settings > Billing, press it. If you don’t, email us and we’ll switch you.
Can I get a refund?
Fees you’ve already paid can’t be refunded, except where the law requires it. See our Terms for details.
Alerts and deadlines
How do I change reminders and grant alerts?
Go to Settings > Notifications. You can get grant alerts instantly, weekly or monthly, and a funder digest. Deadline reminders can come 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3 or 1 days before a deadline (the defaults are 60, 30, 14, 7 and 3), either as one daily summary or one email per deadline.
How do I add deadlines to my calendar?
Go to Settings > Notifications > Calendar and subscribe with one click. You get a private feed of the deadlines you track.
Your data
Where does your funder data come from?
Funder data comes from IRS 990-PF filings, and each funder shows which filing year it’s from. Grant deadlines come from Grants.gov. We scan both every night, and cover all 50 states plus DC.
How do I delete my account?
Email team@grantlas.com and ask us to delete it. We delete your personal information within 30 days, except anything the law requires us to keep, and we email you when it’s done.
Does cancelling delete my data?
No. Cancelling stops billing but keeps your account. To remove your data, ask us to delete your account.

Who can use the Grantlas API?
The API is included with Pro. It isn’t available on Solo or during the trial. Read the developer guide to get started.
How do I create an API key?
Go to Settings > Integrations and press “Create API key.” Choose Read, or Read & Write.
