\ Who's behind it
Built by Americans who care where grant dollars go.
Small nonprofits feed neighbors, tutor kids and care for the sick in every state, and most have no full-time grant writer. We build Grantlas so more grant dollars reach the groups that help the American people every day.

Grantlas helps small US nonprofits and solo grant writers find foundations and federal, state and local grants that fit their cause. A nonprofit pastes its website or EIN, and Grantlas builds its profile and matches funders to it. Each match comes with a Fit, the reasons in plain words and any red flags.
Grantlas helps small US nonprofits and solo grant writers find foundations and federal, state and local grants that fit their cause. A nonprofit pastes its website or EIN, and Grantlas builds its profile and matches funders to it. Each match comes with a Fit, the reasons in plain words and any red flags, such as a funder that only gives by invitation. Funder records come from public tax filings: IRS Form 990-PF and Form 990. Grants come from Grants.gov, state grant portals, state arts agencies and humanities councils, and community foundation websites. The Tracker keeps every application and deadline in one pipeline, from research to award. Grant consultants can keep each client's funders and deadlines separate, and Grantlas emails a reminder before each deadline. Grantlas also works inside Claude and ChatGPT, and has an API for connecting other tools.
